The house is pretty neat. It does need some work here and there but nothing major and nothing that would bother a tenant for 3 months. The landlord is one of the friendliest guys you'll meet. If you ever have an issue, let him know and he will do his best to accommodate you.
All utilities included, pretty well furnished, pets allowed, and security system installed. Overall, a good deal compared the other rentals.
