The house itself was in a great location and the price was good. As for the landlord, he was unresponsive and not helpful at all. Our oven was broken for a month, despite numerous calls. He also made us pay for 6 bedrooms when really the house only has 5. (The 6th "bedroom" is only accessible through the bathroom so it's a fire hazard). He also takes a lot of money out of the security deposit for "cleaning" and other subjective things.
