Awesome Policy
We want to make sure you have an awesome time while you're in college. After all, that's what this whole thing is about. What we've found is that an awesome place to live contributes greatly to having that awesome term.
Unfortunately, though, we cannot go live in every student rental and tell you how it is. Nor can we go knocking on the door of every landlord and tell them how they can improve their property or service. We can, however, provide this kick-ass website to you and hope that it impacts your life in a positive way, no matter who you are.
So we hope you get half the enjoyment out of this site that we do... and give the other half to your roommates to spread around. And if you have any suggestions for how we can do our job better, plesae let us know through our Feedback form.
