Customer Service Policy

This is more of a pledge than a policy, but it wouldn't fit in with the other policies if we called it that, and the other policies would probably make fun of it for not fitting in. So, for the purposes of literary parallelism and to preserve the pledge's self-esteem, we'll call it both.

Customer Service Pledge/Policy

We know that you might not be happy with the time you spent in a rental, or you might not be happy with the rating your property recieved - unfortunately we can't do anything about that. But we will do our best to provide a friendly, easy service that will create happy results for you. We pledge to promptly respond to any of your feedback or questions and to attempt to address any issues no matter how unique whenever possible. It's like a simple math problem:

satisfied x (students + landlords) / (The RateMyStudentRental Team) = a happy place
