Refund Policy
Landlords
All payments for memberships and fees for premium pay-by-use services are considered final sales. However if you are dissatisfied with a service, you may contact us to deactivate the service and receive a full refund within the first 24 hours of purchasing the service. A pro-rated refund or an equal extension of service will be issued anytime we cause a disruption in the receipt of the service.
Students
You guys never pay, and if we could reimburse you for your time if you were unsatisfied we would! But alas we cannot, so we will instead leave you with these words of wisdom:
