Acquired in 2005, we completely renovated this four bedroom, one full bathroom home. The generous kitchen has new appliances, ample cupboard space and features a built-in dishwasher. The dining and living rooms offer plenty of space to relax or spread out and study.
Off street parking and a single car garage provide plenty of room for your vehicles although you might not need them much given this charming home is located less than 500 ft from campus.

Overall, the place isn't that bad. It could definitely use some improvements. The internet is also rather terrible.

Thanks for the feedback. We switched from DSL to Comcast cable high speed interenet service in January 2008 to address the poor internet service you were experiencing from SBC. We also added an external high gain antenna to the wireless router to improve the wireless performance.

Overall good rental, The neighbors watch out for you and are extremely friendly. The house is well furnished with all dishes/cleaning supplies as well.
It is also one of the few rentals with central AC which is awesome in the spring and beginning of Fall terms.
The internet is the only downfall. It is sometimes spotty with weak wireless signals upstairs.
The raised back porch is a nice addition though and I would reccommend this house.
