September 2007 - July 2008

They have been absolutely horrible about responding to the needs of tenants.

For the duration of an entire academic year, lights were burnt out in the hallway, there were no locks on any of the exterior doors, and trash was not removed from the dumpsters on a weekly basis.

I would not use this landlord if given another chance and I would not suggest that anyone use JMS in the future if other options are available.
