The house was really nice for a college rental. You just need to take care of it. The amenities are nice especially having a washer and drier included. The rent was cheap compared to other houses on campus (and they are in much worse condition). Doug was the best landlord I have ever had. The heat kept the house nice and warm in the winter and our bills were never too high and having air conditioning in the summer and spring was so great. The neighbors were nice and the back yard has a really cute patio as long as you take care of it. The only problem is that your car might get a little bit dirty because of the dirt road on the side, but it is definitely worth it!
