September 2007 - September 2008

Moved in and the prior tenants (for the last 5+ years), had been leaving stuff, that the landlord just allowed to accumulate. Absolutely no cleaning between the last tenants and us. Every request for a repair was met with resistance. Most repairs made with used material that would then break, again. Washer/Dryer constantly broken. Although it's a great location, you pay WAY too much for what you actually move into. Avoid Nick Contaxes as a landlord.
