May 2006 - May 2007

So we had 6 people living in the house and everyone paid a different amount based on which room they were in, it's size and whether or not they shared a room. I shared the front upstairs room, and thus paid less for it then other people were paying. This house was great (might have had something to do with awesome roomies too)right behind west quad. Madison (the former property manager) was really good for us- however it's now run by Wilson White and I've had some bad experiences with them. But had a great time in this house and there's a somewhat finished basement with a bar- great for parties.

oh and beware of the spiral staircase- several people have fallen down them haha

*be aware that people tailgate in the parking lot next door so you WILL be woken up early on football Saturdays- however, it just gives you extra time to get ready & tailgate & sometimes you can convince them to join you!

this house is probably on the pricey side, however, given the location and the condition of the house it isn't too bad
