Hello everyone,
I am new to this so please bear with me and if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask me. I am willing to negotiate if need be.
I bought this house for a friend and she was suppose to buy it from me when she got her credit right. Needless to say that was three years ago and now I am stuck with the house. I am a college student as well and thought this would be great if i could rent it to other college students. This was not in my plans but I have to make the most of it and I just hope to get it filled soon. I am still doing some renovations but it will be done in less than two weeks. This has really put me in a bind and I need to get it rented because as you guys know college is not cheap. Thanks so much to all of you.

The landlord was very sweet, accomadating and quick to respond to any concerns I may have had. The house itself is rather large and has been newly repainted and is located in a fairly nice and quiet neighborhood.
