If you want a large, recently renovated home that is close to campus, this is your house!

We acquired 1900 Joliet in 2005 and immediately renovated the interior to bring it up to the Tradewind Property standard. The home has five bedrooms split between the first and second floors. Two full bathrooms mean no waiting to get a hot shower in the morning.

Off sreet parking is available behind the home. Which is a good thing as you're not likely to be using your car to get to campus given that the academic building is visible from the front porch.
