Monitored alarm system is great! Everything is fully furnished! I would rent it again! Great deal and a huge house!! All the utilities are taken care of. Everything is properly maintained and clean. The rooms are a really good size also!

Landlord is friendly and responsive and takes great care of the house and students that are renting here. He is constantly making improvements to the house, even if just to make it look nicer. There is a desk in every bedroom and the bigger rooms have full size beds instead of twins. All of the twin beds are brand new in the last six months. Terms of the lease were very reasonable and this house has the best security system I have seen on a rental. The driveway and garage have room for six cars to park, but two would be parked into the garage and unable to get out. We have five students living here very comfortably right now. Landlord allowed us to build a bar in the house, too. The only improvement that could be made is if the third bathroom had a shower. This is a great house.
