I have lived at 1809 Montieth for years now. I plan on staying here until I graduate next term. The house is plenty spacious for 5 people. Gary and Lori do a good job keeping things current and keeping a clean and orderly house. They have refinished the floors, repainted walls, installed new furniture, installed a new refridgerator and pay someone to keep the grass cut. I would recommend living here definitely. It's affordable and close to school. The house is clean and safe. I have a chocolate lab and Gary and Lori have been very accomodating for me and my dog. There is an additional rent and security deposit for my dog, but it is very minimal. $33 a month. Very reasonable to have my favorite companion with me.
The house does have a washer and dryer in a laundry room. The option to click washer/dryer was not avaliable. But we do have it.

The only thing that's not totally great is the cleanliness. It's a college house and is occasionally a little messy, but that's what happens when my roommates and I get caught up with school and life... It is always clean when moving in.
The G&L landlords allowed me to move in with my dog. I had to pay only $100 extra for the whole term, and add another $100 to the security deposit. I think that it's very fair.
The house and the appliances are constantly updated. The wood floors had been refinished before moving in April, along with replacing the furniture. The fridge has been replaced in July with a more spacious and sturdy one. There is no central air, but a AC wall unit can be installed and used for a very small price. It was put in the dining room, and made the surrounding kitchen and living room more cooler and comfy.
And last but not least... The landlords are great! They're on top of things, and very patient. I highly recommend renting any of their houses.

G&L Properties is our landlord. They are great at responding right away to any problems if there might be any. The house is in a great location, couldn't ask for a better place. The house is clean and rather spacious. Plenty of room for 5 people to live comfortably!

They seem nice at first, but be careful. Do not listen to their verbal contracts. Liars. They kept most of all of our security deposit against their word. Scumbags.

Since Ari (the student above with the bad, hypocritical, and unprofessional attitude) has decided to bash his former landlords for something that he had done wrong in the first place, I will reply. First off, we honor all of our commitments, both verbal and written, as ANY OTHER STUDENT renting from us, other than Ari will attest to.
The above mentioned student, or most of his group, left our house after finals without so much as cleaning a thing. After my wife and I cleaned this house for 8 hours in order to get it ready for the next group moving in, we did deduct the cleaning fee from their security deposit. Exactly as it is stated on our lease. No hidden agenda, and no broken contract. Our houses are always clean at move-in, but it was a disaster upon departure.
In fact, one of the other students in his group called me at a later date to apologize for their actions. Doesn't this pretty much say it all.

This location is very close to Ketterings AB. The landlords are very nice and helpful. We had a slight bug issue at the beginning of the term, but the landlords were quick to take care of the problem. All of the furniture is very nice. I have stayed in this house for a few terms because everything is great. The second bathroom is a little rocky, and the shower is small. Overall, this is one of the nicer places to stay around campus!!
