I've been with Gary and Lori for almost 3 years.. I have had no problems with them. They respond to any problems quickly, very friendly, and professional.
I would recommend them as landlords. I have also seen many of there houses and would personaly rent any of them.

It's a fairly nice place to rent for the semester, but the rooms upstairs are definitely a lot nicer than downstairs in the basement. Overall I would rent here again.

Landlords respond quickly, but were often around too much. The house was always dirty when we moved in - especially the bathroom showers and floors. They tried to go as cheap as possible on everything they do. Charge for A/C units in the spring/summer, which should EASILY be something that is covered in the cost of rent. Location is nice and close to the school. No bathroom on the main floor which is very inconvienent. Rent is more based on the fewer occupants in the house. Overall, it has been a good experience, just could use A LOT of improvements for the amount of money the landlords make off the house.

Its very close to school. It is also know as purple door house. There are no bathrooms on the main floor which gets kind of annoying.

I think 750 Chevy (Purple Door House) is great! I've loved living there the past two terms. Gary and Lori are easy and friendly to work with. One night I was locked out of my bedroom and Lori was at the house within 20 mins to unlock my door. I'm really sad to leave :(
