NOT $989 per person!!!! It didn't say per person next to where I put the price. We have three people here right now and it's about $330 per person per month...with 4 people it would obviously be cheaper.

It's very quiet here, it seems like a place for grad. students and families more than the typical undergrad. Good area, north of campus a few miles. If you need to take the bus to class then it's kind of a bummer since the 24 only comes about once every half-hour. If you can live with that, I would suggest this place. This is actually a townhouse, though that wasn't an option to select above. You pay an extra $20 or $40 (I can't remember exactly) for a washer and dryer that's yours for the time you're here, sure beats going to a nasty laundromat. Maintenance can be a bit slow unless it's something major, but I think there's only one maintenance man for the whole complex. I would rent here again if I had to, and the townhomes are nice for a group of three or four because it's cheaper than Chandler Crossings, where the majority of people seem to live!
