The house is in pretty good condition, we finally have a dishwasher that works. there is a big ugly brick chair in the back yard, perfect for putting old food and used oil in. the landlord will pay one of the tenents $20 each time they mow the lawn, so its not a bad deal. some rooms have some very nice paint work i.e basement rooms. the only bad design part of the house is that one of the basement rooms is inside of the other, you will have to check it out to understand.

Dear Diary,
There is a secret comaprment under the stairs that would be really good for hiding drugs, guns, and cash!
I have been here for some time, the Landlord, Tony Kraatz, is a kettering alum. He is okay, but is often less than interested in giving assistance or diving up on the weekends to cut the lawn. Overall, the house is prettly clean if not a little small for five guys.
Best of luck,
The treasure beckoning cat

This one time when I was drunk with Beer Bear, it told me about the secret beer stash in the fire place.
I lived in all the rooms except the large basement room. The house is in good shape, good enough to live in 3 months at a time.
Have fun,
The token asian.

During School Terms cash may be tight for a lot of students. We provide the oppurtunity to earn some extra "recreational" money by mowing the lawn.
We are available to support the tenants requests for any issues that may come up. The current tenants have done a great job of helping to keep the house in great shape.

The landlord has responded extermely quick to any issues that we have had around the house. For instance, the water heater broke and we had a brand new one installed in less than a day. The house is in good condition, there is a dishwasher and microwave that remains at the house. There is a garage that can be used and locked. The house has a closed in front porch and also has a propane grill outside that stays there. There are two window air conditioners that can be used as well as a mini fridge. Overall it has been a nice place to live and is well taken care of.
