1921 Joliet has a real feeling of home to it. Perhaps it's the long, covered front porch or the fenced backyard. The home features five bedrooms split between the first and second floors plus one full bathroom.
The modern kitchen comes with extras like a built-in dishwasher (a real time saver) and a small breakfast nook. The dining room has a large table for eating/studying at and connects to a comfortable living room. Plenty of off street parking is provided by the two car garage and long paved driveway.
This home is very popular with our tenants and is a real value given its features, close proximity to campus, and reasonable price.

I would Rent from them again. However CAREFULLY read the contract, there are details that can be missed, and if they are missed you can get ripped off very easily.

The house collects dust easily. the dishwasher is a little out of date, but works great! Other appliances are up to date. Has a bar room in the basement, never use it but has a sink and all. Line Internet works great, sometimes, wireless goes out of whack. I would rent again. Jeff and Chris are some great renters, would strongly suggest them.
