August 2006 - May 2007

If you can help it, don't rent from DTN! They are slumlords! No one in the office has a clue what they are talking about, and everyone has a different story about leasing prices. DTN rips off everyone and takes forever to do maintenance work. There are two temperatures of water in the shower - freezing and scalding. If you get stuck renting from DTN - READ YOUR WHOLE LEASE. I will never rent from DTN again, and I have been telling all of my friends not to rent from DTN.
