"There are 7 rooms available for the Spring 2012 term. This house is ideal for a large group of friends or several individuals. The house is split up with several bedrooms and a bath on each floor with locks on all the doors to provide privacy. The house is right across the street from the AB Parking Lot."

Landlord's Description
This rental is great for any Kettering University, U of M - Flint, MCC or Baker student. The rental is located right across the street from the Kettering University Academic Building. There is ample parking behind the house for all tenants to have a parking spot.
There are seven rooms total in the house. Two are on the top floor with a full bathroom. Another two bedrooms are on the main floor off of a dining room between the spacious living room and kitchen, again with it's own bathroom. There are also three bedrooms and a full bathroom in the basement. Each bedroom had an egress window.
All of the bedrooms have locks on the doors for each tenants privacy. This house is also ideal for several groups of students because of the lay out of the bedrooms and spacious living room and dining room.

This house is quite comfortable to live in compared to the other houses on Chevrolet. Rooms are spacious and it's right across from the AB building, which makes it convenient for those who go there a lot...Parking can be a pain, but for the most part this house makes it worth while!

We are expanding parking in the back yard behind the house. We're expecting to allow space for 4-5 vehicles.
