Landlord's Description
When we first saw this all brick, two story home we knew that it would make a great student rental. The home features four bedrooms split between the first and second floors and an additional bedroom in the basement (with a building code compliant egress window for safety). Two full bathrooms help everybody get to class on time in the morning.
The kitchen and dining room offer lots of built in storage for food and supplies. The large family room with fireplace is a comfortable place to relax as is the enclosed front porch.
Plenty of alley accessible off street parking and a single car garage round out the amenities that make 829 Chevrolet a great rental home.

The landlords are excellent, respond to e-mails in a timely manner and offer help when needing to fill rooms. The house has very little maintenance concerns and the price is great. I would definately suggest renting from Tradewind on customer service alone, but also the property I lived was great house.

This is a great house to live in. The house is fully furnished and everything is in great shape. There is a lighted parking area behind the house which is a great plus. Would rent again.

House is nice for Flint area, but has it's issues. Decent furniture, carpeting in main rooms. Enclosed front porch is nice.
Landlord will occasionally show up to the house with no advance notice to show to potential tenants. Other than that they are easy to work with and helpful with change in circumstances.
