We had a few maintenance issues while we were living here, but the landlord was very responsive and always got them taken care of asap. As far as the location, you can't get much closer to the AB!

This place was a big upgrade from the dorms. It is closer and very comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone.

I really enjoyed staying here. The landlord was friendly and easy to work with. He fixed any problem we had. I will probably stay here my entire college experience. The best part was the short walk to school.

This was a great house. It was perfectly located to school, the walk was shorter from my front door to class than it was from the dorms. There were a lot of couches. The few problems we had were taken care of by the landlord. The kitchen table was a picnic table located right next to the 8 foot white board. The house came with 3 tvs which was a plus.

Rented here for my last term at Kettering and it was excellent being so close to the school. The house is in great condition and we only had minor issues.
