July 2010 - September 2011

Location, location, location. Super close to the school. They do three month leasing! No year long contracts. The landlord is great, responsive, and has taken care of any issues that have arose. They take care of the place very nicely. I would rent again. Lots of outside lighting. Rooms are a good size about 10' x 10'ish. The contract is no-nonsense and straight forward, not 10 pages of legalities. I have lived in three places during my Kettering career, dorms, campus village, and here. This place by far has the most bang for the buck, you won't be disappointed. -Will

This is one of the few great place to live at Kettering and is definitely a steal. Its affordable and house is kept up to date. Landlords are great and are always available to answer your call. All three rooms are great with a spacious living room and great dining area for hanging out. I would recommend anyone to check this house before making a decision. I'm trying my best to keep the house to myself but unfortunately since I'm switching sections I am unable to live there, but definitely check this place out!

April 2007 - December 2007

I thought this house was a GREAT investment when I first moved in. It wasn't until I noticed other students' houses around me that I started to feel cheated. This house has had absolutely NO work done on it, in terms of re-doing the extremely old decor inside. Everything is old. The cabinets, carpet, couches, beds - it's all OLD! I notice how other houses have walls that have been repainted, new carpet, new kitchens, etc. The only thing that has been done to this house is the upstairs bathroom. It's got a new tub, and tiling on the floor. Other than that, the house had an old, musty feel. It's a nice house, and it was clean. However the ugly orange/brownish carpet is clearly almost twice my age, and the lack of a dishwasher and A/C make this house less of a deal than other houses nearby. The landlord is nice, however, and other than the lack of re-decoration in the house, it was fine.
