October 2006 - December 2007
I would highly recommend living in this house. We have been in it since our sophomore year and plan on living here until we graduate. The house is super nice compared to others I have been in. About a 5 minute walk to campus and we never had any problems with break-ins.

Nice big corner lot. Everything is furnished, all you need to bring are sheets and clothes. It had been kept up well and some renovations have been made.
The Landlord was very nice and always quick (usually the day of) to respond if there were any issues .
Compared to other houses I have seen from fellow college students, this house is in awesome shape.

In comparison to the rest of the houses on campus, this is by far in the best condition.
The landlord was very responsive to any issues we had.

970 Perry is a five minute walk away from campus. The rent is reasonable (with all utilities and internet included) and the landlord is very accomodating and willing to fix any issues that arise. The house is completely furnished and clean.970 Perry is highly recommended for anyone looking for housing at KU.

So basically this house is epic. Clean house, garage, internet and tv. Basically amazing. Landlord is awesome. The area is, well, Flint, so its not too horrible. Neighbors are pretty cool too. Its a sweet house, YA DIG!?!?!?!
