September 2006 - December 2006
For the house and the condition of it, the price was too high. Parking was very difficult with four vehicles.
We still haven't received our security deposits back, even though there was no damage done to the house or property.

The price is 850.00 for the semester with gas, electric and water bills included in that price with max limits on all. I have never had a complaint about the condition of this house. Any complaints are addressed as soon as possible. Parking is difficult, but I have always allowed the students to park in the back yard to ease this problem as much as possible. Everyone receives their security deposit back as long as the house is left in the same condition when you move out as it was when you moved in and you leave me a forwarding address. I have always been very fair and understanding to my tenants. Scott Warmbier

A decent place to stay at a reasonable price. Not the Hotel Ritz-Carlton, but we're talking Flint here, and it really is not a bad place, ESPECIALLY considering the proximity from the school.
