Great location. Not enough parking though, especially when your neighbors invade your garage.

Overall this place is a pleasure to live in.
Gary and Louise (G&L Property Management) are wonderful landlords. They come and fix problems, mow the lawn themselves and keep the house in good working order.

Earlier in the semester we had a leak that was upping our water bill, instead of making us pay it Gary came out and figured out what was wrong instead, something other landlords I've had would never do.

The rent can be a bit high, especially with 5 people, but in my opinion its worth it. Also, the beds in the house aren't the nicest, I recommend bringing something else to sleep on. The house has no central AC (but has heating) so in the spring it gets really hot. Gary has wall unit AC's you can rent for the term (pretty cheap, don't remember prices) and he'll even put it in himself, or I recommend bringing at least 2 fans per room, 3 would be better.
