In my opinion, one of the two best spots to rent from in the area. Landlord is extremely helpful and reasonable. The location makes going to class extremely convenient and the price is really tough to beat. Highly recommend this house.

Great place to live! I lived there for my final two terms, and had the most fun in that house. It's so convenient to the school, the rec center and the convenience store, I rarely drove during the school term. We ordered cable, which we split 5 ways and ended up being like $19 a person the first month, then $11 per person for the months after that. I highly recommend this house, it has been taken care of nicely and if anything goes wrong, Curt wastes no time in getting it fixed.
Only gripes is that there is no dishwasher so we came up with a rotating schedule to get the dishes done. Also, there is a a/c window unit downstairs, but not in the basement or upstairs, so I just used a fan and had no problems.

Great location (especially for the price), right across from school. The house is taken care of, especially for an older house. Cozy house, so live with people you can stand to live with. The landlord Does NOT include TVs, cable and internet but you can get wireless from the school in most parts of the house since the house is right across the street from the school and actually directly across the street from one of the side doors to the AB building.
The landlords are new to renting to students but they are great people if you respect thier house and property. They try communicate well with thier students and come out to maintain the house when they can. They clean the housing, including the carpet at the begining of each term.
I would recomend this house!

Live in this house for 3 terms. Landlord may say that he is active at getting the little things fixed but does not. We had a man with a gun break into the house with a gun while a student was home. The guy was able to get into the house through a window that was previously broken that had gone unfixed. When the landlord was told about the broken window, he said that we would get to it in a month (zero week when we moved out). Also did not call us back about the break-in until the next day and a half. There is a security system on the doors, but he doesn't tell you any codes and unsure if they even work. Overall, the landlord is not at all concerned about the kettering students safety. Half the burners that are on the stove you need a match to light; bottom shelf was broken in the fridge; basement leaks if there are several really bad days of rain; upstairs bathroom shower doesn't drain well, if you want it to you have to put drain-o in about every couple days if you don't want to stand in water; walls are cracking; windows have terrible wooden frames that let in a draft; there are animals living under the porch;the list goes on.
