Great place to live. All the extras included, although a security system would be nice, but not really necessary considering the proximity to the school and being on a busy-ish street. Free premium movie channels, phone service, and FULL SIZE beds are a huge bonus! The landlord is a former student living in CA but his dad is local and handles all of the maintenance quickly and both are very nice and very easy to work with. You cannot beat the location either, house is actually closer to the AB than the dorms and has quick access to the rec center via the pseudo path through the "beach." Ample parking including garage. Furniture was recently replaced in the living room as well, which is huge, and the kitchen includes everything from a very high-tech microwave with built in recipe guides (no lie) down to the dishrags and silverware. You need to bring virtually nothing but clothes and sheets for your bed. Great house, great deal, but make sure you fill the place as rent varies based on tenant count and goes up to $3000 for a term for one person. Cannot imagine anyone doing that though.
