April 2007 - December 2008

This place is awesome! Not expensive for all the things you get. The land lords are very attentive and friendly. They take suggestions for improvement and try to implement them before you get back. Dish washer, plates, cups, 2 fridges. They try to keep the house and it's surrounding as nice as possible. As for the area rating, hey its Flint! Can't hold that against the renters.

All of GandLproperties houses around campus are great houses to live in. Their responsiveness to any situation is great and they always ask if there are any things that can be fixed or improved.

Very good location and friendly landlords. A good choice for a large group of people.

October 2005 - June 2006

This place was OK. It has a good porch, and is a nice walk to school and very close to the Dupont/Chevy intersection. I think the landlord has changed since I rented.
