April 2009 - December 2011

The house is in an ideal location, with a 30 second walk to the AB being one of the primary reasons I chose to rent here. It comfortably fits 5 people which also reduces the rent to just $800 per person per term. Josh is a great landlord, very responsive and willing to work with his tenants. I would definitely rent from Josh again.

625 Dupont is a nice rental property. Any needs of the premises are promptly taken care of by the landlord, Josh Myers. I have spent several terms at this location and thus far, it is the best one I've been in. Josh has always been reasonable and fair with pricing and willing to work with you if need be. I would definitely rent from him again.

This house is a decent house to live in. The convenience factor is that the house is just across the AB from the 1-817 door and the IME Dept door. To me, there was plenty of space to hang out, in the living room and at the basement. Should not forget the Keg-a-rator fridge for beer drinkers. Josh Myers is a friendly and responsive landlord. He accommodated my request to return my security deposit early, since I am leaving the U.S. for good. He fixed every problem encountered during my stay. Rental rate is decent.

Josh is a great landlord to have, responsive to any needs you have and is great to work with. We've never had any problems and he's always looking for ways to make the house better. The house itself is in great condition. It's not run down, and it's fully furnished on all floors. The bathrooms are all new, windows are all new, insulation is great. The whole house stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I wouldn't hesitate to ever live here, the price is great, the area is nicer than most houses, and you're less than a two-minute walk away from the AB.

Best house and landlord a student could ask for. Able to work with you on alot of stuff and is always there to fix any major problems if there are any. Not to mention it is a cheaper, cleaner, and more liveable house than the ones in the surrounding area. This place should be on the top of your list to live.

Great place to live, the landlord is excellent. He has always addressed any issue expeditiously and at his own cost. We only had two renters, he found an additional person, but he only charged us for our own rooms and we did not have to pay for the other rooms.

The landlord has been very easy to get a hold of and very responsive to concerns. The condition of the house has skyrocketed since we began living here. The location is right across from the AB which is very convenient. Parking gets a bit tricky with 5 people. Great landlord, great location, great condition. I'd love to live here again.

Great landlord, great location. The condition of the house was really nice. New carpet, hard wood floors, new windows. KEG-O-RATOR! oh and it was close to campus. I'd rent it again for sure.

The House is very near to campus.Infact exactly opposite to the AB.so it's quiet safe.Great place to live.I am living there for the last two terms.It's so convinient to the school, Rec center & stores.I highly recommend this house, lot of work is going on now like the owner has ordered to new carpets to be laid , the whole house has been painted just few days back.It had all the stuff I needed.Landlord is pretty cool and understanding. if anything goes wrong, he gets it fixed as early as possible.
The landlord does not include internet , cable but you can get wireless from the school as the house is very near to the AB.
