Close to campus and in a great neighborhood, but I'm not sure dealing with this sector of DTN is worth it. They are slow to respond to any questions and completely unwilling to work with you, which is untrue of other DTN leasing offices. Any reasonable offer WILL BE REFUSED. This would be a great place to live, if only the regime were changed.

The apartment, however, is nice compared to it's age. It is a building of only 30 or so apartments, probably made in the '60's and has some nice features. The top floor floor has vaulted ceilings which make the place seem larger than it is, but the kitchen and bathrooms are outdated and the maintenance work is somewhat suspect. It has in-building (but not in-unit) laundry facilities and private parking (one parking spot per bedroom--no exceptions). The people who live here are mostly older grad students, so the Friday night bash in the apartment below you blaring music until 3 in the morning is rare.

Overall, it was the nicest place I could find within walking distance to campus that allowed pets, but that's like being the fastest kid at the special olympics.
