RateMyStudentRental, LLC (aka: we, RateMyStudentRental, the site) takes no responsibility for the information posted on this site. Prices for rent and other services can only be verified by contacting the responsible party directly. All posts, including but not limited to rental ratings and comments, are the opinion and responsibility of the user, and RateMyStudentRental, LLC cannot be held accountable.

We in no way will take responsibility for the claims, services, or products of advertisements on the site.

Users must be at least 13 years of age to post or submit personal information, as in agreement with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Users should not post anything that is unlawful, indecent, or otherwise unrelated to the purpose of this site. However, if such things are done, we accept no responsibility for any outcome or consequence related to the event. Users verify that they have the right to use images uploaded to the site. All posts and pictures become the property of RateMyStudentRental, LLC upon submission. User profiles and posts can be terminated at any time at the discretion of RateMyStudentRental. Misuse of the site by users, including but not limited to bribes or incentives for positive ratings, must be reported and will result in immediate termination of the offender's account.

Terms of service are hereby subject to change without notice. Continued use of the site by the user is considered to be an automatic agreement with the terms of service.
